Alliance Management Partners (AMP) is Hiring a Community Association Manager Near Meridian, ID

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Association Manger. As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of HOA communities
- Provide administrative support, including filing, organizing documents, and managing calendars
- Handle legal administrative tasks, such as drafting contracts and negotiating terms
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative roles, or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using CRM systems or similar software is beneficial
